If a lawyer faked someone saying in a 10 sec video" I will do that" and that bad thing did happen on that night. How the court can distinguish a real evidence from an AI generated one that serves the purpose?
A lesser example, your partner is cheating on AI video and beside that a fake tender account or Love meeting account made for them the working hours for both partnersmatchs for a reasonable cheat window, and the relationship far from perfect but not bad or toxic for a break up. How far can a nasty person causing real damage ?
