Eh, I don't care. As an AI art user and model trainer all I need to do is scrape images that were made before Nightshade was a thing, which still amounts to many millions of images. And frankly most people just don't bother with it. AND that's assuming the 0.1% of noise won't be averaged out from the 99.9% of other training examples. I've never seen my loss not go down.
Also I feel like the whole "AI artist" thing is a big strawman. I don't think most people who use AI consider themselves as artists. I don't. I'm just a commissioner. But instead of having to deal with arrogant artists who make me wait 5 months for a commission that I've paid for and probably takes them 3 hours to complete (speaking from experience) I just ask the AI instead and get an image back instantly. So yeah. Deal with it
