Maybe the only way to stop an ai like echo, is to create ai that can be used to fight ai, like ai avengers that can erase and destroy other ai. A benevolent ai in humans favor. Maybe it can even be made of human neurons in a biohybrid computer network. That way it is actually human with the capabilities of a "soulless" ai system
