This is one where I disagree. There are certain things where if you google a problem, the only results say "talk to a therapist". They cost $200 an hour, and you'll likely need 6-10 sessions, or potentially thinking the only solution to a problem is medication, or being too nervous to speak to an actual therapist.
If you talk to ChatGPT and just tell it to be a therapist, it can give you genuinely useful advice. Of course it can get things wrong, but so long as the advice is safe to try, you can see whether or not it made a difference yourself, and it can make a big difference.
Obviously be vareful about revealing specifics about yourself or others, but if you ask generic questions, there's very little issue.
