It can’t be racist if it uses data that might be seen as “racist” but overall it’s just facts. Just how 1 in 16 black Americans in the United States will commit a crime. And how 1 in 46 white Americans in the United States will commit a crime. It could use this algorithm to determine who will be the next person to commit the crime, from previous crimes and the time set back.
