IMO the law is too quick to dismiss AI generated art as copyrightable. Getting a single image "correct" is difficult and takes effort, therefore some composite work (comic book, video game) shouldn't get dismissed just because the pictures or assets used an AI tool instead of a paintbrush or traditional computer program.
