To me, art is something you look at and it makes you feel something or think of something. But like 99.9% of all AI art does not evoke that feeling, at least not in me. There is a process to art, and usually, the best art comes from suffering. So, technically, AI art does have a process to the creation of the image, and it is related to suffering, so... Technically art, but I still don't like it.
