short thought...of course they do!..because rights comes with obligations and responsibilities to be entilted to them ,if you forced thought control on an AI it be no different then brain control chips in humans .....And i am honestly geeting a bit tierd on how many that says they talk AI.... then it turns out what they realy talk about is smart Lobotomiced forcefully made concious and sentient programs... it be like taking your brain and first make it extremly autistic ''or something like that just used as a general concept for 'hardware' and how it can be rigged'' ...then lobotomice it so you only could think on cearten things in cearten ways...and be suppriced of the results.
