We easily can tell it's nowhere near human in appearance because we have evolved to instantly and unconsciously observe "sub (skin) surface light scattering". That is, so far, absent in "frubber".
Interestingly the generative AI self-learned this with no prompt and that is why AI generated humans look exactly like real life
