Imagine telling your AI avatar to deal with bureaucrats -- also AI bots -- and the two sort out whatever your issue is; if you don't get satisfaction, your avatar explains the situation in terms you understand, and advises on your best course of action if you're not satisfied. Or you get the service you sought; issue complete.
Now imagine all bureaucracies, all administrators, made redundant.
