How about doing some actual number digging. Tesla has billions of road miles. Straight away that makes them safer if you're measuring accidents / road miles. Though a truer stat would be to get Tesla road miles and accidents that are actually autopilot related.
Really you need to understand AI though. More training is always going to beat more sensors in the end.
Plus those sensor arrays look .. bad...
