My prediction is that some businesses will go all in with AI. They’ll reduce their workforce. Sometime afterward we will find out that AI isn’t the miracle it’s being made out to be: the bubble will burst.
I’m not making the claim that AI won’t have positive effects on society. I’m saying that we’re in a hype cycle right now fueled by people poised to make lots of money from the hype, not from the reality.
