I think we shouldn't trust any image or video we see on the Internet. There is nothing else we can do, any regulation or law wouldn't be able to stop the use of the technology, someone somewhere will still use it. It doesn't matter if they prevent midjourney or Dolly from creating images of a living person, this will only stop people without the technical skills...
