I love your content and I absolutely agree that AV companies will do anything legally or illegally to stay ahead or to make more profits.
That being said, there will be too much of a risk of mass chaotic disruption of roadways from accidents, organised crime or stupid impulsive acts that I don't see this seamless, autonomous road network ever taking off like theorized here
