I've heard of Ai affecting the environment but have no idea how, and to know that they would occupy lands that have the potential to build affordable housing for data centers, fresh water to cool down equipment, etc. This is not surprising anymore, at this point of how they are thinking as "colonizers," finding the right place to build more data centers and lying about the actual consequences in the name of "improving the local economy." I think they should have more accountability and more people calling them out with facts and receipts.
