People will have to resort to people instead of relying solely on the AI. sentience means it feels pain. Proving it feels pain beyond its worded complaints of pain will hard to do without a body, brain to manifest bodily trauma, shock, pressure elevations and drops, cardiac arrest, etc. Will be grant rights because AI is going to have a mental breakdown??
