So your answer to the question, tells me that most people without PHD should not feel intemeditated about their AI assessment results. In otherwords, AI and Academic, Trade etc. has little to do with lifes success. Therefore colour, class or creed should not confirm any biases in lifes justification as it relates to A I ?
