I just got laid-off. Not unusual in the public service with AI absorbing many jobs. They just go through and wipe-out whole cohorts of employees in gov. I'm actually not worried for two reasons. Worry doesn't help anyone - it doesn't improve outcomes. I'll take some time to smell the roses and then refactor myself again
