It would be nice to understand how close we really are to seeing these kind of super AI intelligence. I still favor with this guy saying that it’s probably 10 years maybe even more. I do think as long as Trump is in office over these next three years, no regulations are gonna be put in place. You can almost bet that’s gonna be the case. And even after he’s out of office and Democrats start to pass regulations It’s still gonna be a slow process. I can’t imagine that these companies have a plan where they can massively replace entire people overnight because they can cut their labor cost.
I mean, think about it. We have self check out right now in a lot of stores if an entire store dropped all of its physical human labor for AI systems that could check people out restock shelves, etc. who would buy the products?
The way this discussion is gone in this video is the extreme. I doubt that even over the next 50 years, we would see such replacement of our workforce with artificial intelligence. It’s not to say that it won’t happen at all. It definitely will, but at a extreme replaced percentage . I just don’t see that happening because as many people have said if everybody’s replaced by AI, where are we gonna get the money to buy the shit. Because after all these companies are in it to make money.
