Born decades ago, there was a wonderful world of trial-and-error, of mystery, of facing the unknown, and the life lessons that emerged from that interaction with the world. It was called living a life examined. What a world ruled by AI is going to do is disconnect the present and subsequent decades of humanity from a tangible life examined. Automated lives are not examined; they're rationalized, rationed and organized by outside agency(-ies), and followed by sleepwalkers. I wish everyone the best, but, at some point, you will HAVE TO break free from such a world to LIVE an examined life. Only then will one's true nature be realized and that gives rise to the character in life one was meant to be. Until then, sweet dreams.
