Imperialism was replaced by fascism, nazism, communism and at last by democracy. But, none of these systems could bring end to people's basic Instinct towards nepotism and corruption. AI will materialize Socrates dream of creating a bunch of ruthless administrators created by coitus of two unknown perfect individuals and hence, beyond any compromise for earthly relationships and creation of wealth by corruption. A country who will be first to create such super AI will obviously rule the world.
