Microsoft have Copilot. Does that mean that if I take my laptop on a 'plane it will be able to land it? No. I know that because I'm not stupid. Autopilot clearly isn't fitted to a 'plane. You do not fly a car you drive it, so anything with 'pilot' in the name is clearly to boost sales.
McGee is clearly a poor or dangerous driver. Repeated safety alerts, overriding speed limitations and using the phone while driving all point to this. His reliance on technology rather than his 'skills' show how poor a driver he is.
Being an engineer, I avoid vehicles with features that 'automate' driving as they can fail. I can fail as well, but relying on autobraking or adaptive cruise control is not something I am prepared to do.
