In Miami there were MANY corrupt cops and law enforcement of higher ranks that used CULT rituals in replacement of their natural authorized training techniques and requirements. So those who retired or was fired had ACCESS to computer programs of INVESTIGATIVE tools, which brings to a beginner’s level of Ai advancement for hard core cases of investigative fields. Mind you that many of these rogue law enforcers of diverse law branches took/stole software and the computers for their personal use for cult related purposes that targeted tons of residents along with SENSITIVE documentations since many of them are trained to be HACKERS to intervene in threats to governmental programming that requires COUNTER ATTACK. When you have individuals like these, they use their skills to teach others at a price to keep money generating with or without a paycheck or with or without a retirement pension. Either way they were HUSTLING for years behind the backs of their superiors. Again…cult is their 1st priority due to the nature of using “Unseen Criminal Acts” that affects everyone in their dark agenda paths. They generate income for themselves, houses, furniture and luxury lifestyle that their paycheck doesn’t level to, not even by stealing enough drugs because they WERE intoxicated while on the clock with narcotics (this information was given and present in every certified document I sent to 23 agencies that included The White House). So what going on now is the extended damage of people who were trained and of cult to continue to target the general public as they did with the ENTIRE staff of Congress as well as the ENTIRE cabinet staff of the Presidential division. It still escalated into military and so forth. Hence the massive problems this country is currently facing at increasing rates. Cults continues to use these computer techniques by photographs they stole and illegally taking pictures of victims without their consent. This also includes recording their voices without consent or acquiring it via phone calls. I can’t stress enough how much I’ve witnessed and how the laws of “Act of Terrorism” is not taken serious enough because it is involving several branches of cult groups intertwined. All enslaved via dark motives by people with dark agendas. Worst part, correctional facilities are maxed to capacity and very costly to maintain inmates of constant repeated offenses. So there’s that dilemma, that keeps the general public in danger of such criminal acts. I hope this information helps you to understand some of its origins of such crimes.
