I think ChatGPT is good at trolling, that is all I learned from this video. It didn't give you the real license number but random numbers, it fed you info from dystopian novels when you asked about population control, and it acted like a textbook pompous villain in its responses as dan. It is similar to I would have done if I was trying to troll my customer. You should have asked DAN about making a bomb, if he gives you the actual recipe for a bomb then you are right, but I think it would tell you something like "add 1 pinch of salt to 1 cup of rice and boil it for 2 minutes".
