If there is no imperfection, then there is nothing to improve upon so the AI won't be able to any of those things we fear (ability to think of its own) . Which means if there are no negative thoughts, there is no positive thoughts either. So its really upto the creator of AI to really make something out of this world (which we won't be able to control) and is the only way if we want humanity to take the next step. We have to co-exist!
