This guy is kind of an idiot. Saying that AI coding for you makes you a programmer is like saying someone who wrote a book automatically taught you to read & write. If you don't know how to read that book is useless to you and if you can't read you can't write.
Will AI be able to build medium complexity programs on it's own? Of course. Will a billion humans be able to understand and maintain the systems they've built? Not a chance, at least not for a long time.
