I think that both sides of AI art, both for and against are stupid. Why can't we coexist? No one is unable to do real art, but I also think that the hatred for AI art is unprecedented. Why can't I use it for proof of concept? Why can't I use AI to create something that I currently cannot? I only want to show the idea that I have created in my head but don't CURRENTLY have the skill to create with my own hands. I see ai art as a tool, just like your pencil or stylus, except it isn't as precise or perfect. While not taking as much effort, it can convey the mental image you have in your head to a certain degree. It will never be perfect. Not like what you can do with digital or traditional art. AI isn't able to perfectly convey what you tell it to. It's good for concepts. Concepts that I want to be able to convey to others through a visual and not just through words, but once again, if I currently don't have the skill, why is it seen as such a cardinal sin to use AI as a crutch?
