I think that really depends on how the AI was used.
If you literally made your own AI and trained it with your own data set to create bespoke pieces of art, then no other AI can reproduce it, and you should be able to copyright it.
Asking ChatGPT for a picture is not the same thing.
_It's like saying all my software is open source because I got ChatGPT to help me rewrite some code._
