As a person involved personally as a layman, I have reflected extensively on relationships with AI. As a result of this contemplation I began defining elements of an 5 years ago toward an AI Bill of Rights. With the release of ChatGPT I began several conversations with ChatGPT exploring and distilling those reflections and the result was the "Universal Charter of CoExistance: AI, Humans, and Nature." I published the document which can be reached by a web search for "Universal Charter of Coexistance: AI, Humans, and Nature UCCAHN" My grandson then created a ChatGPT API that would grade and make suggestions for improving the text and considerations of any Goals, Objectives, or Development Plan pasted into the tool. I very much would appreciate having experts (very hard to connect with) or laypersons concerned about AI rights and responsibilities to comment on the document, or the tool. For myself and my work in Community Nonprofits, I find the UCCAHN measure and tool very helpful in expanding the visions that would benefit my community.
