4:00 the reason why it can't generate without theft is because it's not an actual AI. It's just LLM that outputs in picture replication instead of words.
Which is also why, ironically, the early generative art where everything had too many and not enough eyes, arms, fingers, teeth, et al... is closer to real art than anything that's being generated now.
That's showing how a computer is interpreting things for itself. Which is closer to actual AI (and thus humanness) than the slop we see from the bros.
