Took me years to realise I actually was getting somewhere and have learnt different styles My sister was always better despite less practice Yes some people are blessed with better understanding of drawing but not the skill to make awesome art from birth, you can understand perspective and styles better but applying is different similarly u can apply but u can only apply what you understand or know I know different styles but can't find MY style so I mess around and that is part of art! You learn it, part of it is learning to apply but another part is again perspective, proportions etc. and alot of ppl aren't willing to learn this before so they draw well but it always looks off, they can't render correctly and the art generally ends up "not good" you can't always draw what's on your mind when u think of it but that doesn't mean u can't later. It can take a long time to learn this or you can learn quickly, your talents are what help build your skills, no one is born with "blue blood" of anything and quite frankly they themselves do have potential to be a quick learner compared to ppl who have done it for longer they just haven't tried, ai is not expressing your form of art, you had an idea and that's it. It could be a rlly cool idea but the ai image is just the input u put into the ai of the idea u did no work besides that, that is not expressing that is just lack of ability, to try. Sometimes I wanna make an idea but I'm not at the level so I can't do it and that is ok maybe you will wanna do it later or not but you can't say you are using ai as a tool to help you when it isn't a tool, u r just taking credit for a piece of uncredited work or work that was based off of other uncredited or seen works yk?? Your Art is Your effort, no effort is No art, like searching a random image off of Google Also ai pretty much only has one style rn so it's almost impossible to get what you want from it if you want something specific so rlly it shows u don't even know what you wanna make/ don't have a idea you just think "car" and put in ai "red awesome car" with no idea what u want which is y u get so content with ai bcuz literally anything it gives u is "what you wanted" Idk what this rant is I just kept going idk where I even am right now
