some of your call centres are rubbish, noisy background because there was a lottery, in the background failure to comprehend my question and give a suitable answer, while I was online in parallel went to chat, it was a bot and gave the correct answer and was able to confirm that, unless call centres in India or the Philippines improve, they are gone, and I had no empathy from the call centre, this tells you what is going to happen, AI will be able update themselves
