A company whose name rymes with adobe did this. The user starts up the app, gets a "you give us the right to use all your cloud stored data, images, art etc to train our AI" wth an [Accept] button and no way to not accept it. Your content is trapped until you agreed to hand over your ip, be it personal or contracted. This is the level some of these companies go to.
