Some presuppositions are overlooked by most AI commentators. Namely, black budget programs are a real thing. Some commentators like Catherine Austin Fitts says the amount of money taken from American tax payers over the last 30 years is 20 trillion dollars. Why assume public AI research, development and deployment is strictly in the public domain. How ridiculous. Anyone doing deep wide research knows that AGI is already underway and assisting and perhaps controlling nefarious humans in getting the general public jacked into the control grid via vaccines, nanotechnology, 5G/6G and graphene.
The genie is already out of the bottle. Pause AI has failed. It needed to start public discourse in the 1990's to stop what is already underway. All these debates are completely futile.
