I work as an illustrator, and from my perspective trying to include ai as a tool in process is a good idea, there is time and effort put into both illustrating and being able to engineer promts to get what you want out of Ai. Similar to when digital art first started. Adapting and making use of new tools is important for quality and efficiency. The world constantly changes and I advice people to try and be open minded to new methods and techniques that develop in the industry. we went from traditional art to digital, a combination of the 2 and now Ai will be combined as a 3rd
