Tesla's aren't autonomous vehicles. Legally people need to keep their eyes on the road and be ready to take control of the vehicle while driving. This is 100% the fault of the driver. Elon musk totally oversells his technology that's a fact. Selling Tesla as if they were really autonomous should be a crime but I'm pretty sure they can't do that.
