It's interesting how artists feel differently towards AI vs like a programmer/software engineer using AI for code.
It's different, it's definitely different. But I think there's a larger issue here that explains this and I think you touched on it in this video.
Them corporate overlords who already don't want to pay artists.
In a perfect world everyone should be able to pursue any craft they want and become awesome at it and make a living. It should still be useful to other people so having monetary incentive makes sense, but the inequality in wealth is pretty ridiculous so evening that out would make people a lot less fearful towards this technology.
