The problem I find with ai «art » is the fact it isn’t really art. All it can ever be is a picture on a screen. Now art is a hard thing to define and it would be impossible if we considered ai pictures art. Art has to have some kind of emotion or soul behind it. Art is a personal expression of how you feel and it really hurts me to even think about an emotionless, soulless computer taking away opportunities for people who are willing to share with the world. It disappoints me that we as a society have lost so much that we think ai generated images are even « art ». Sorry for the rant I am just very passionate about this topic. No hate to anyone and sorry if any of this sounded harsh again I just really care. :)
