What I can't understand is why Tesla is allowed to essentially beta test AI driving cars with the entire US Public being unknowing or unwilling test subjects. I'd be all for it if these features were tested in limited areas, on test vehicles, driven by "Test pilot" like drivers employed by the NTSB or another regulatory body. Not every single average Joe Tesla owner.
