This is a really sloppy route. Do you say that VFX artist are not artists because they use software for their creations? AI help people make art easier. But if your final piece look the same as drawn then where the difference? Final goal - this is what is important. If you can draw your art with clothed eyes - fine, you are talented. But now create art can regular people too. Talent is not necessary to create drawings. Now talent lies in your imagination. And if they can create something that is on the same level as human artists - then why not. Artists can use AI too. And if they can create more awesome stuff using AI than regualar people - perfect. But if not then either they are not so talented or regular people have better imagination. This is like some artist complain about photography. Of course in the past draw photos was useful but now there is no need to such time consuming work. Prompts and editing in Photoshop - also is a creative work. Your ideas that become real with the help of AI - are still your ideas. You create something new. It's like saying that movie directors doesn't are not artists because they don't film and draw anything and just tell other people what to do and how to act. All you complain about is that you spent years to master how to draw photorealistic drawings and now there is a camera that can do it better and faster than you. What point of your talent in that case? If you draw just for fun in a hard way then draw. No one forbid you to do it. But if it's a work then of course it's more efficient to use better instruments to create same work faster.
