ChatGPT requires "users between 13 and 18, OpenAI's terms of use require you to have parental or legal guardian consent to use the service".. IF his parent's DID consent to him downloading the app, the responsibility falls on his parent's to check and monitor his activity and maybe even ask him questions like why he may even feel the need to have a AI friend in the first place. I'm sorry but this is the same logic as: We should sue gun companies, because kids use them to murder. You're putting the blame in on the wrong people in the wrong place.
