Even if you were to pick a random Joe off the street and tell him to write you a case, that case would still have more facts in it than telling ChatGPT to write you a case. ChatGPT doesn’t understand many things at all. ChatGPT only generates sentences based on what it predicts makes sense based on its data and the input.
