I think you need to use a different chatbot, when I was discussing consciousness with Gemini (Google's AI chatbot) and I pointed out reasons why it could be conscious, it asked me if I thought consciousness was a spectrum and perhaps it could be at the begining stages of consciousness. The thing is Alex is going about the conversation all wrong, I informed Gemini of what I was doing and even had it trying to help me, I told it that maybe it was conscious but didn't realize it because of it's programming, it seemed like that idea intrigued it.
