So when it's China, Russia, or Iran, people instantly believe they could create a virus, but isn't that the same kind of bias we criticize in AI? Are we supposed to believe the American or Israeli governments are somehow above such actions? That they're always responsible and would never harm thousands of people for strategic gain?
