This algorithm is probably just a pilot program being tested on a more local level. I'd bet a lot of money this has been used for years on the federal level at DHS and these NSA "Fusion Centers." Folks, if you don't think there's a DHS intelligence file with your name on it, then you are mistaken. "Radical Islamic Terrorists" was just the excuse to get public favor in passing these treasonous bills like the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the Patriot Act. There are no Islamic Terrorists with box cutters trying to kill Americans every day....unless they are paid by the CIA or Mossad lol.
