Never thought I'd hear a transcript of a judge killing a man in court, but there it is.
With ChatGPT, what is the legality with the training datasets? I don't know a huge amount about either the legal or technical side of it, but know that with the art ai it was scraping websites without artists consent. If it's not an opt-in system or pulling copyright-0/public domain/open access sources, is there a legal issue there?
