1: encrypt a robot so that if someone tries to alter it they need the private key.
2: laws of robotics, install the 'brain' with an internationally agreeded version of the laws of robotics (this way if someone tries the "american political blame" or etc almost all other countries must agree, making sure that the robots or the manufacturers of robots cannot break a law that the majority of nations agree on. E.G does everyone who takes part in the activity of the manufacturing and buying/selling of any and all robot related software or any creation of objects made for the specific purpose of any robot related things) that the robot MUST contain permanent code that will deny all public and third-party access to its software, But instead will have a mandatory Vote in all nations that take part in the manufacturing, selling and trading of machines capable of showing and having anything in place including programming, code etc. that will give them the ability to learn, develop or be built with: human like emotions, thoughts of self-awareness.
