I do not believe it is effectively computable. Aircraft have autopilots, however, if an aircraft comes within 1/2 a Kilometre of another, it is deemed an incident and under extreme situations the pilot still needs to take control. We do have computers driving cars already, called brains. Until we learn how to make a conscious computer, driverless cars will be like a Holy Grail.
