No, no rights for robots, robots are still invented and produced by humans. Why would someone change it. You can't say that a robot feels something. Because we can programme them and why would someone make a robot who is smarter than anyone. A robot isn't much more than what humans can. Only would we feel something by doing that or it takes a long time. The day that a robot is able to takeover the world is it the biggest fault that any human on this planet has make.
