wouldn't the program steer other cars in a more complex manner? in the scenario with the two motor cyclists. These nimble vehicles would be able to swerve into a collision avoiding condition. which is made possible since both the car and the motor are running with the same algorithms or central traffic control algorithm know exactly what the other is going to do.
Human driven cars will be a thing of sports not the norm on the street in day to day life.
The part about judging peoples lives as having different value is scary but us human beings do that already.
